With increasing user churn and a decreasing conversion rate, the Greenwheels app had fallen behind the times. Sign-up was cumbersome and many of the user services lacked innovation and modern interaction patterns. The app needed not just a total rethink but a roadmap to the future that ensured it didn’t again fall out of date.

Together with Greenwheels, the team planned a multiyear roadmap for change that rethought the experience from the ground-up, from booking to check-in, to parking, to account management, to fueling and billing. The signup experience has been minimised to less than 3 minutes and a design system was put in place to allow for future growth and flexibility. With acquisition and conversion rates up by double digits, the app is proof that the continuous improvement and right client-agency partnership is able to stay one step ahead of rising customer expectations.
